National Consultationon impact of COVID-19 was held by Human Rights Law Network in collaboration with ASTHA.The objective of the consultation was to understand the issues and challenges that children with disabilities have been facing during this humanitarian crisis of COVID-19. Children with disabilities are perhaps the most vulnerable, invisible and excluded group of children who have not been able to enjoy their basic rights of education. Their low enrollment rate over the years makes us introspect over range of barriers that has prevented this child to avail their right  to education. COVID-19 pandemic has created under layer of barrier for the education of children with disabilities.
